one: guadalupe palm
for the first experience in the unrediscovered process, we selected a very typical tree -- one that we had been watching for months. we found this Guadalupe Palm Tree (Brahea edulis) in the front yard of the CALOR CALOR residency center in Buena Vista, Baja California Sur, Mexico.
on a wildly windy day, we spent five minutes observing the tree in silence, five minutes writing about the experience of observing, fifteen minutes creating new works of art and five minutes documenting our research {which you can see below}.
